I’m a former firewoman, college athlete, former CrossFit enthusiast, and overall adventure guru, who stumbled into yoga after an injury—and never looked back. What started as a tool for stress release quickly turned into an obsession with movement, mindfulness, and sweaty self-discovery.
You can expect the unexpected in my classes. I’m YTT-200 certified and currently lead Yoga Sculpt—because who says inner peace can’t come with a side of dumbbells and Lil' Wayne?
